Acresafe Returns

We do understand that there may be some instances where you need to return items.

Please inspect all items upon delivery. If you believe any product has been damaged during transit or the incorrect product has been sent, please notify us within 14 days by emailing sales@acresafe.com.au. Please include a note with your name, order number, and details of the issue.

Should you need to make a claim under our warranty for any of our products, please email sales@acresafe.com.au with details of the problem and one of our staff will contact you to discuss repair, replacement, or refund.

Please choose your purchases carefully, as we do not offer returns for change of mind.

Once approved on our end, refunds may take between 5 – 10 business days to be processed.
