Acresafe Warranty
WARRANTY COVERAGE
Products manufactured by or for Acresafe are warranted against faulty material and workmanship for a period from the date of purchase.
If a warranted defect occurs, return the product with proof of purchase to Acresafe.
If Acresafe receives a valid claim within the relevant Warranty Period, Acresafe will, at its option:
- repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts;
- exchange the product with a product that is new or has functionality equivalent to the original product; or
- refund the product’s purchase price.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
This warranty applies only to products manufactured by or for Acresafe.
No responsibility is accepted for any accident or damage caused subsequent to any tampering with or modification to or misuse of this product, including (but not limited to) alterations made by anyone other than Acresafe or its agents.
Fair wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. Fair wear and tear is the wear and tear that can be reasonably expected in the life of a product that is properly maintained and cared for. Damage caused to electric fencing products while not electrified is the responsibility of the customer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty is exclusive, personal to you and in lieu of all other warranties, representations or conditions relating to this product (whether express or implied and whenever arising) whether originating by statute, law, trade, custom or otherwise.
The product warranty is only valid in the original country of purchase. Any claims made in another country may incur full repair costs at the owner’s expense.

These are Acresafe’s Warranty Periods under the Warranty Policy for the products described below.
- Optima 40mm tape – 5 years
- Liveline 40mm tape – 5 years
- Optima rope – 3 years
- PowerBraid Ultra – 2 years
- Sight-Line Ultra 650mm – 2 years
- Electric fencing accessories including insulators, fittings and the like – 1 year.
